Last Monday, June 12, 2017, life science and tech innovators gathered at Life Sciences South Florida’s second annual Lifees event.
This two-part celebration kicked off at the eMerge Americas 2017 technology conference, by a stellar panel of our ecosystem’s leaders:

Panelists highlighted that the next horizon of innovation in South Florida will spring from the life sciences.
The LSSF Lifees evening concluded with an award ceremony honoring life sciences companies who have shown visionary leadership through their partnerships with students, faculty, researchers and scientists.

FIU President Mark B. Rosenberg, chairman of LSSF, addressed the attendees: “This is a space to celebrate the companies that make up the thriving life sciences ecosystem in South Florida, and their work to mentor and introduce our students to the industry.”
